5. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing your data is obtaining your consent in terms of Article 6, paragraph 1a and Article 7 of the GDPR.
6. Data recipient
Within the VILLIGER Group, your data will be received by those employees that require access to said data in order to fulfill their legal obligations. Service providers used by us may also receive your data for these purposes if they comply with our stated privacy policy instructions.
7. Duration of data storage
We delete requests if they are no longer needed. We check whether they are needed every two years. Furthermore, the statutory storage obligations apply.
8. Data protection rights of the affected party
You have the right to access and request the modification and deletion of your data. Moreover, you have the right to restrict and object to the use of your data and the right to data portability.
You may revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacypolicy@villiger.ch. This also applies if you wish to revoke consent granted to us before the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force (before May 25, 2018). By revoking your consent, the legality of data processing conducted on the basis of your consent up until the revocation remains unaffected.

1. Case-specific right of objection
For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1e of the GDPR (data processing in the public interest) and Article 6, paragraph 1f (data processing on the basis of a weighing of interests) by emailing us at privacypolicy@villiger.ch. This also applies to profiling pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 4 of the GDPR. If you make an objection, we will no longer use your personal data unless we can establish a legitimate reason for doing so that outweighs your interests, rights and freedoms, or in the event the data is used for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
2. Right of objection to the use of data for advertising purposes
In individual cases, we use your personal data to carry out direct marketing. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling if it is connected to such direct advertising. If you object to the use of your data for the purposes of direct marketing, we will no longer use your personal data for these purposes.
